THE PATIO OF THE GAUCHO
DON CHE STEAKHOUSE

MENU
Come experience our traditional Argentinian barbecue better known as Asado Don Che prepared gaucho style. The meat cuts are Bife de Chorizo (sirloin) which is many people’s favorite as it comes with no bones and is one of the tastiest parts of the cow. Other Asado Don Che classics include the Vacío (flank), Tira de Asado (beef short ribs), and Lomo (fillet). After choosing your favorite beef cut, don’t think your meat-loving experience is over just quite yet. Don Che offers Achuras, other cuts of meat that make great starters or will compliment your Asado Don Che. Popular achuras are mollejas (sweetbreads), one of the cow’s glands cooked on the grill and served with lemon. Then there's morcilla (pork blood sausage) which taste great on the grill. Our most common appetizer that keeps guests wanting more is Chorizo, a pork/beef sausage that easily becomes Choripán by putting it in a sandwich. Now that you are ready to enjoy your exquisite meat cuts grilled to perfection you can top these off with our homemade Chimichurri sauce. The ultimate chimichurri recipe is probably a debate as old as the gaucho, but it generally contains parsley, garlic, oregano, red pepper, and olive oil. And though you may have tried a store bought chimichurri with your meats, our homemade recipe will have you asking for some to take home.
